I doubt the Dodge Challenger driver in Charlottesville was released the next day on $50k bail.
The sick thing is that many of the people on left, deep down, are thinking "GOOD". I don't know about anyone else, but I'm nowhere near thinking that murdering a person in cold blood with different views (as ridiculous and harmful as they may be) is any kind of good. If this is a clear case of murder based on political affiliation, then the legal system is sending us a message while metaphorically dipping its toes in the water to see how warm the water is (how citizens react to being people being murdered based on political beliefs). This is surreal. |

From all accounts, that guy was a rage filled little manlet, who was constantly on social media groups like "Terminate Republicans". Well in Las Vegas some guy high on pot hit another car and killed the driver so what does the judge do about it? Give him $50k bail aka $5000 cash and of course someone posted his bail for him. He is free to walk around while the other driver is dead. DEAD. Fuck these judges.

From what I can find locally the Foster County state's attorney is Kara Brinster, who needs to answer why the charge was only a vehicular homicide, not a murder charge.
She would also have a say in what the bail request was. |
