2- Twenty years ago, even 15 years ago, she would have been considered pretty. Now, the hair is short and salt and pepper.  Think Carol from TWD, but with the gushy diction of Barbara Eden from "I Dream of Jeannie" ("Oh, master!") with superiors and cooperating peers, or the pouty tantrum voice of a 16 year old girl who is told she is NOT getting a car for her birthday with peers who are not succumbing to her manipulation.  She is 40+, but the only tools in her interpersonal tool box is flirtation, manipulation of lonely and/or supervisors, and being able to identify patrons.   Close your eyes, listen to her speak, and you realize she is still using the tricks that worked so well for her when twenty years younger.
