I have found the company is geographically challenged.
I lived about 50-miles from Los Angeles but that was close enough for them to stop mail-ordering ammo to me about 20-years ago. Los Angeles forbids mail-order ammo, the other 57-counties do not. |

Optics planet freaked out when I bought a scope online from Afghanistan. Then freaked out even harder because I was shipping it to my dads work that had “international” in the business name

They've paused orders I've placed in the past that were high dollar to verify the purchase, and recently paused an order of some basic gun maintenance stuff I sent to a relative in MA because I had placed an order for myself in ME that included magazines and ammo the day prior, but that's all stuff that gets cleared up in a 2 minute phone call
