Fat people will be protected from discrimination under law passed in New York as critics warn it opens door to ‘sue anyone and everything’
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12076041/NYC-ban-weight-discrimination-critics-warn-allow-people-sue-everything.html A controversial bill protecting fat people from weight discrimination has been passed in New York City. The bill, which is set to be signed into law by Democrat New York City Mayor Eric Adams this month, would outlaw discrimination on the basis of a person's 'height or weight' in 'employment, housing and public accommodation'. But it has already triggered outrage in some quarters, with Republican New York City council minority leader Joseph Borelli claiming it will empower people to 'sue anyone and everything'. Councilman Shaun Abreu, one of the bill's main sponsors, said he realized weight discrimination was a 'silent burden' after he was treated differently when he gained more than 40lbs during lockdown. The bill had the support of charities and activists like self-styled 'Fat Fab Feminist' Victoria Abraham who testified to the city council in support of the legislation earlier this year. It is set to include a defense for employers where consideration of height or weight was 'reasonably necessary' for the 'normal operations' of a job. The Bill also has support of charities and activists like self-styled 'Fat Fab Feminist' Victoria Abraham (pictured) who testified to the city council in support of the legislation earlier this year |

If the fatties spent half as much energy unfatting as they spend bitching about people calling them fat, there wouldn't be a problem any more.

There may be no group against whom I am more prejudiced than the morbidly obese.

View Quote Instead of just whining about about that Republicans need to embrace and prove that point in reality. They need to get 400lb person that is willing to participate, go to every city funded public facility, and demand accommodations for their weight. Something as simple as demanding an extra wide chair in the waiting room for every city department. When the city fails to immediately provide it they sue the city. Then start hitting up every liberal establishment open to the public. Complaining about it does nothing. The Republican's need to take action and then make it hurt. This is the way. |

Let's play, "Guess the First Lawsuit!"
Fatty wanting to... - be a Hooters waitress - be a gym coach - be shortstop for the Yankees - only be charged for a single coach-class seat even though they take up 2 - spend 8 hours at the all-you-can-eat buffet - be a professional sports cheerleader - sue Abercrombe & Fitch for not carrying size 87 dresses - sue Foot Locker for not carrying xxxxx-wide cross-trainers - sue Victoria's Secret for not carrying 56GGG bras |

We in GD are all the ripped Adonis types. Of course we hate fat people and their enablers. Excuse me while I go flex in front of a mirror.

Does this then mean their ban on large soft drink sizes is discriminatory against lardos who want a 48-oz Big Gulp?

Self correcting problem these fatties don’t live as long as non fatties do. Just have to encourage them to eat more carbs and more refined sugar. The body and organs will not survive.

Does not surprise me at all.
All this use of the word "thicc" instead off calling it what it really is - fat or obese is just PANDERING to them. Same way we pander to the mentalists who want to change gender etc. |

These are the lawsuits in chronological order in which one guy loses and then dies.
1. He refused to date me. 2. He refused to suck my female penis. 3.He refused to allow me to smother him during sex. |

View Quote What’s crazy, is I fully believe there are millions of young fatties who have never been told being fat is bad, and the push for everyone’s lifestyles to be “ perfect”, healthy at any weight, is fooling kids it’s perfectly healthy. Kinda like smoking, generations grew up thinking smoking was fine / normal, but once the health issues were known it quickly died down. I grew up hearing the health problems of being fat, knew it to be bad, but now millions believe weighing 500lbs is healthy and they are as beautiful and right as a 130lb woman who exercises and watches what she eats. Futures gonna be chaos in a few years when all of this bullshit starts dragging society into a ditch. One benefit though, socialism and collapse will have everyone at a nice slim physically fit appearance. |

Soon - no discrimination for those who fuck off all day, or those who smell bad or can't read english.

Whenever I'm tempted by a donut or the late night cookies and milk, I think of these people and this insane nonsense. It's always enough to jolt my willpower.

Wait, so a hambeast could be a horse jockey? If I'm a 4 foot high hambeast, I can sue to be able to play in the NBA?

New York City
Yeah, this isnt a problem for me at all. I hope they really push it hard. I wish to see the ripple effects of their legislation unfolding. |

Having to spend more money on office chairs to accommodate fatties is an undue burden.

I wonder what Mark Levin, the founder of FU or Fatty’s United, thinks about this.
