On a side note, regarding people's looks and political affiliation, there are a couple of Muslim guys that shoot at the range I go to.
They do not look muslim at at all. They dress "western", they have cooler toys than me, and they say they belong to a different muslim belief. They want reformation. They like top 40 music. Drink beer. Have "normal" jobs. Said they came from Iran after tue revolution. They want Islam to be part of Modern society, just like other religions, and HATE Obama, democrats and liberals in general. They say the liberals have no idea how much the radicals want to destroy the West and have flat out said they are training to fight it. |

On my way in I decided to see if I could guess who the owner was of said vehicle was. Sure enough it was rather obvious it belonged to a millennial in line ahead of me. Later I watched him go back to his truck and leave when he didn't like the price he was quoted for tires. |

I live in a college city so I see people like that all the time, there are enough that I've learned you can't judge based on appearances alone.
Once they open their mouth it'll be clear very quickly however. |

i have tried to take left leaning people shooting whenever able. Lots of people hate it only because they don't understand it or have no exposure to it. The only ARs they ever see are flashy graphics of "Glock-47s" on news reports about murder. |

A. Go say hi and offer to help them out, generally be polite, and maybe bring them around to the understanding no one is as qualified to take care of them as themselves if they didn't know already? -or- B. Post a thread about it on arfcom titled Noticed a lot of "leftist lookers" at ranges lately? |

I was at my sister house in August and noticed a lot of “different people” at the gun counter. This was in Va, right after the Charlottesville episode. The place was packed.
