I always kinda liked when a women just let it go gray. Which is convenient since my wife wont wear makeup or dye her hair ever.

Just another day in the service department life...lady actually claimed today that it was our fault that her check engine light was on after she got her oil changed at another dealership, since we are all Ford dealerships. Then wanted it to be covered under warranty....on a 7 year old Explorer.
Then there was the grown ass man that put gasoline in his diesel today....that's gonna be expensive. Oh, and if your are going to put NOS on your brand new Mustang and accidentally the motor, make sure you disconnect the system before bringing it in for warranty
