Quoted: She's got some good family looking out for her from the sounds of it. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: My mom bought a house and is putting her house up for sale. The house I was brought home to when I was born. I'll have to go there soon and get what I want before the rest is sold off. Bittersweet. Bittersweet indeed. I never had a permanent childhood home. Lived in far too many base houses. Moms remodeling to kitchen and living room of my childhood home. I think she's trying to make it different, since dads gone. I think she thinks it'll be more comfortable if it's not the same as it was for the last 35 years. But she's not ready, and she's throwing out a lot of stuff that she's going to regret one day. We're picking through her trash the best we can and saving stuff for her. She's got some good family looking out for her from the sounds of it. |

Quoted: Ditto I tend to rotate through which hobbies are currently interesting to me. When a hobby gets boring to me I set it aside and pick up one that I havent messed with in awhile. Wash rinse repeat. Prevents me from collecting more and more hobbies (and the crap to go along with them) and instead just buy more crap for the hobbies I already have. View Quote ^ |

Lot of strip pits. One place near me you can see bottom at like 20ft, and the last three times I’ve been on this lake I’ve seen what would be my pb just mocking me sitting in the bottom around 15ft. I’ve thrown everything and just get laughed at.
Prob gonna go tomorrow so I’ll throw some bigger stuff at it to piss it off. |

Morning. Yay found the bedding for the trailer. Now to put it on the bed.
Tomorrow CT Scan, Funeral Service and Burial for my mothers friend, help at the VFW if I have time. Rest to babysit a 1.5 yr old and celebrate a 3 yr olds birthday on Sunday. Gotta hit the store tonight as well. The mother wants some wine so I told her I'd bring some. |

Hm... Stu brought up a good point.
We drive all the time. Two lane roads. The only thing keeping a crazy person from swerving in front of us and killing us is a yellow line on the road. That's all. You have to just trust that everyone you pass on the road is going to stay on their side and not try to kill you. Same thing applies to any other facet of life where someone has the opportunity to do you harm. |
