Even I could do to lose a few pounds. 5 lbs down this month. 7 more and I’ll be a happy camper. I do really need to work on flexibility. I’m not as bendy as I used to be. |

"Not Paleo" - Mark probably They're a lot better than beer for a paleo style diet, clear liquor is next best, no alcohol is best. Right now after 3 years of gut issues (thanks Covid) I'm more focused on eating healthy and avoiding most gluten and lactose. |

View Quote Before these gut issues I was 170lbs and walking 10k steps daily, when I figured out the cause of the gut issues I was 215, currently back down and 200 and feeling good enough to get back to regular exercise. |

I’m going to a barrel chambering class in the coming months and I’m going to be able to choose a barrel blank and cartridge in which to chamber it. I have two actions currently that would be good candidates. One is a 700Ti short action with a .308 bolt face. The other is a 700 stainless long action with magnum bolt face. I’m thinking maybe a “short” (22”) barreled 7PRC or a 7prcw (6.5PRC necked up to 7mm) which would require a new bolt or modifications to the current one which I could do. This would be primarily a deer rifle, but I think the ability to kill an elk would be nice. Thots? It's too well written to be the deer forum. Too advanced as well. Ricky? Is that you? This is not a drill |

Then7 PRC sounds pretty neat.
I'd still go 6.5mm because I think those are neat |
