I created a ticket to have a new instance of a service set up for one of our new beta customers on a new product.
IT guy said he didn't know how to do it and closed the ticket.  I sent him the instructions and he told me to talk to the guy who wrote the instructions and see if he could do it. I'm thinking someone's boss is going to be getting a polite but annoyed email |

If you want an ak, I suggest you take the Rifle Dynamics ak builders class out in Vegas. Build a quality rifle with Jim Fuller.
You get to shoot Jim's PKM too. Just do that. |
