Just based on what I'm seeing on that video the highway is a terrible place to riot. It allows the police to herd you into choke points where, if their intentions were less than honorable, they could easily mow the protesters down. Push them into a box and then hit them with the hoses, truncheons, wolverines, dogs, pepper foggers, belt-feds, whatever. They need to re-think that strategy. This guy has been coddled for years. His bad behavior was tolerated in school and by his parents, and the store owner was powerless to stop him. He really thought he was going to beat Wilson and take his gun, maybe even shoot him with it. Every once in awhile, a thug like this runs into someone who won't put up with their crap, and this is what happens. If we had more Darren Wilsons, America would be a better place. |

Shit wouldn't fly if they tried that in front of me. The LA protesters tried to block traffic on the 10 and 110 freeways and soon found themselves playing a real life game of Frogger dodging Dodge trucks at 60 mph. Didn't work out to well and they retreated back on to the off ramp where they were given spa treatments and encouraged to stay on the surface streets. After about 20 minutes they all did lay down in the center of one intersection for a few minutes before threats of a second spa treatment got them to move. Those hickory shampoos smell so refreshing. |
