Looks to me like the Russian push is running out of fuel, literally.
Wonder if the crews are hopping on board other vehicles, surrendering, or bugging out to their own lines... |

For those wondering what DNR means, it is the
acronym for the Donetsk People’s Republic [DPR, aka Donétskaya naródnaya respúblika = DNR] which is a breakaway region of Ukraine, endorsed by Putin and fighting with the Russians. Not officially recognized as a country, they have been fighting against Ukraine for many years, and are now active in this war against Ukraine. |

Quoted: Looks like armor and trucks are not very safe places to be. View Quote Getting together in an armored truck is like war more generally. Ground forces make you mass, they make you bog yourself down in equipment, and then artillery and aircraft can find you and kill you. So if you refuse to mass, ground forces can steamroll you. At Agincourt Henry used archers to force the French to attack. Had they refused they would have had to disperse, and then his cavalry would have ridden them down in small pockets. War hasn’t changed, in this respect. |

View Quote DNR forces (allied with the Russians) have destroyed a lot of Ukrainian armor, some of which is depicted in the thread. Also, completely destroyed equipment may not be distinguishable as both sides use some of the same equipment. |
