When I went to feed the wood ducks were already out there. They didn't fly off, just walked a little ways away. As soon as I started to walk back to the house the ducks came running to the corn.

I got my cardiac scan results from a nurse today. I talk with my cardiologist next month.
 My echo looked fine - valves, arteries, veins, and heart walls all healthy. CT scan gave me a 0 out of 100 on my calcium score.  I have had to stop drinking caffeine. During my interview when my doctor asked me who much caffeine I drank a day she said whoa and told me to stop with the five cups of coffee a day’s worth (230 mg). She popped out of the exam room and my nurse came back and asked me if I really drank that much caffeine and I said yes. The doctor must have told her in the 30 seconds between ladies. LOL.  I can quit drinking co-fee-fee any darn time I want. No fuck you too.  I’m not stopping cold turkey but I’m at 70/30 decaf |
