Ginsburg has a few months at best. She has been a survivor but at 86 she doesn't have much gas in the tank and no reserve. Won't take much for her to go into a downward spiral that quickly becomes fatal.

If this doesn't make clear the need for the Court to retire a jusstice, I don't know what will. If you can't make oral arguments, or any other part of the schedule multiple times, you don't need to be on the bench. It's too damn important to not be there.
