Another thing. During the battle of La Trang one of Hal Moore's LT's was Rick Rescorla. He was killed on 9/11 in the south tower. May they both rest in peace.

RIP sir.

My father and I got to meet him in the summer of 2010. We went to D.C. for the reunion held for the 11th ACR and he was there with Galloway doing a meet and greet and signing their book. He was a kind and gracious man. Dad was touched to get to spend a few minutes with him as old guys.
