Are there any appearance standards for Police anymore? The arms completely covered in tattoos couldn't look any less professional. How does anyone take a cop that looks like that seriously?

I realize you get what you pay for but in some areas the PD will put any freak in a uniform and out on the street. Results are as expected. |
