Is this some kind of photo manipulation, or does/did that actually exist? That's the Index-Galena Road in Snohomish County Washington. Three years worth of BAD flood seasons combined with tree-huggers running the government = no road repair in order to keep the wilderness "pristine" (although there have been some token comments about fixing it). This pic isn't post-nuke SHTF, but it is from a bugout drill on the hottest bloody day of the year - and there's an AK in it... I guess I'll have to edit in a mushroom cloud on the horizon.

The last three albums (Lost Horizons, Aether Shanties, and The End of Days) are steampunk and post-apocolyptic and are pretty good, IMO.
