Golf. I actually made it to the driving range for the first time in probably 8 years today.

Pretty much everything I enjoy I haven't done in a long time. I have found going out and finding a place that I can sit and have some peace and quiet to be enjoyable but it doesn't seem to be as rewarding as the other silly shit I used to do.

Reloading, shooting, hunting, 5 stand/sporting clays and bushcraft/camping. That said, exactly a year ago I was just leaving the hospital after going septic and losing a lot of blood internally. So all in all it could be worse and things are now a great deal better health wise. At some point I hope I will get back to enjoying hobbies.

Archery.
I grew up doing it. I always had a few square bales of hay outback to hang a target. My grandma and mother were both good archers. I was pretty good myself and hunted a bit. I even taught archery at a Jewish summer camp. It has been more than 20 years since I have drawn a bow. I joined a well known and nice archery range a year ago. I can afford whatever I need. I just have not made time for it. I think about it a lot. I have so many things in my life. Most of them are things I want, but I really want to get back into archery. |

Ride a motorcycle. It was pretty casual when I was riding in the late '70s. I bet it is a pain in the ass now. I kept the endorsement on my driver license. It was easy to get back then.
