I have yet to understand why we needed a whole new branch and all the administrative overhead and whatnot instead of just telling the AF and Navy that since they can't work together on space, AF gets it.

I'd rather they fix the procurement process and how contracts are awarded and administrated, but at this point I don't see how it is even possible. |
