Went to a minor league baseball game this past weekend. We had a pavilion to ourselves with drink tickets. Not a single Bud/Bud Light available. Only beer in the cooler available to buy with tickets was Miller Lite. You'd think they'd dump the Bud on corporate smucks out on a freebee game.

Wally world yesterday I saw stacks of bud light in the cooler. others were nearly empty. Two stacks of Bud light and one had two cases gone off it. I assumed it is a marketing ploy to appear as if people are buying your shitty tasting, tranny fluid.

And said “nope, we have not noticed anything.” I thanked them and moved on. Outside I asked the Coors folks if they had seen a change and they were far more enthusiastic about it “oh hell yeah, we are selling a lot more all over town.” That’s my cool story bro for today. I did think it was interesting, and again, it was a hell of a rough look from the Bud guys when I asked. My guess is not only does everyone ask but some folks are probably real assholes to them. Well Miller Coors wants to turn your “shit” bikini girl ads into “good shit”, so to hell with them too. |
