It's real the spiritual realm out there. Everyday, one of the first things that I do after waking up is.. 1) Prayer Matthew 6:9-13 KJV 2) Then go over the Armor of God Ephesians 6:10-18 NIV This is a good thing to do and I highly recommend getting into the word (Holy Bible) of our creator and the good news from the ruler of God's creation. So, get saved and get baptized! Mark 16:16 KJV |

I've told the story of whatever was in my house several times here. I worked Bayjor ER and yeah, patients that blink and their iris are Grey with black vertile slit pupils. Reptilian. Blink and back to normal human. There was that shadow person in the hospital that I got to know as Death that you would see flirting around when a patient was going to die. Shadow people are slender but this one was built & moved like a line backer. Yeah, sometimes that veil becomes thin and it does get weird. |

Quoted: But why? There’s only one mediator between God and man, and that’s Jesus Christ. Quoted: Quoted: Personally, I’m not attempting to perform an exorcism. I’ll call a Priest. But why? There’s only one mediator between God and man, and that’s Jesus Christ. Watch some of the videos from Catholic exorcists and you will see some have been physically attacked. If they are trained by the Vatican and that still happened, do you actually want to take a chance? |

Quoted: You do understand that the Kaballah is derived from the Bible? I do however apologize, I am nothing more than a mere Neophyte who each day steps foot on his journey anew. Please forgive my mistake in misunderstanding one who has achieved the spiritual loftiness such as you possess. My goal is to simply achieve a glimpse of Eden, much less the abode of Heaven, in this life. Mighty is he who can, with the wave of a hand, command spirits to depart at will. I’ll go first, I’ve first hand dealt with close to 25 individuals that fall into this subject and have close to 30 yrs Esoteric exp working with these things. Aka… I have a working knowledge, I didn’t just read a book and have people “tell me things”. Since I don’t know any better I’ll reiterate, the first call should have been to a psychiatrist. “Fools rush in, where Angels fear to tread”. Yes, sometimes it is physiological/ and spiritual. (based on your lived experience) that there IS a Name (or Authority) more powerful than the Name of Jesus Christ--are you saying that your "authority" in these matters comes from learning, or human intellect? In the power of an incantation, or of a ritual? That there are magical formulas which underpin and can control the interaction of the forces of Reality? I find that curious. ETA: I have been very lucky, apparently. Everything which I encountered (NOTE: while under the mantle of God's grace, and while earnestly attempting to be obedient to the commandments of the Lord) instantly responded to just and authoritative commands in the Name of Jesus Christ. That is the topography of spiritual reality as I know it. |

No, I’m saying that I have been involved with these things for the larger part of my life and that your regular everyday worshiper should not be trying to “exorcise” a fucking demon. There’s a long list of things you do before it ever gets to that stage. What pisses me off most is the fact YOU know there’s a long list before getting to that point, but yet here you are trying to encourage people, during a time when this sort of thing will become more popular, into believing it’s ok. You’re going to get people hurt, and I find it curious that you think that’s ok. |

For any Christian struggling with spiritual oppression, I can recommend this book, which in my experience provides a very effective roadmap for Deliverance. https://www.amazon.com/Unbound-Practical-Deliverance-Neal-Lozano/dp/0800794125 |

I thought I was quite clear that most people (what you would call "everyday worshippers") in fact lack the sanctity and the Authority (much less the discernment). If anyone was mistaken, they should read what I said more carefully. Catholic teaching on this subject is unequivocal. Lay people are ONLY to engage in intercessory prayer--asking GOD in His great mercy to effect the spiritual outcome. What makes the Lozano book apropos for this discussion is that individuals have 100% authority over their spiritual condition, and that by doing the spiritual work Lozano prescribes they are led (by God) on a path of reflection, repentance, reconciliation, and forgiveness--which are the keys to spiritual health. Repentance and a sincere confession are more powerful than any exorcism--but most people are clueless as to the truest nature of sin and consequently the actual state of their own souls. |

I’m glad you feel you have found something that works for you. I’m going to leave you with a short example of where I’m coming from. Recently a very close associate in these matters passed away suddenly. She fell very ill and by the time she was gotten to the hospital it was too late. She was an individual of a marked spiritual nature. In fact her devotion and work was so intense, she tended to a flame in her personal space, that had been tended to for over a thousand years in a Christian Monastery. I am leaving out specifics because I don’t want her, the organization or myself identified easily. To say she was “devoted” to a lifetime of Christ is an understatement if you fully understand what she was doing. It’s just a small example of how emphatically wrong 99% of you are when it comes to the Esoteric and what people like myself do. Anyway, a week before she suddenly died, a local dr she was friends with was having trouble with a patient who had mentioned they were having demonic dreams. She was consulted for help. A week later she was dead and as we “look into it” we have more questions than answers. For clarity the one who passed was the one asked for help. Who by the way was more capable of handling these things than 99.99% of individuals you will ever encounter in your life. In short, I’ll state it again, these aren’t matters to go easily fucking around with. In fact 99% of the population shouldn’t even be focused on them because their focus on them makes them stronger. I say this coming from a position of knowing how to “protect” myself from them and one that wants to have no involvement with the subject due to understanding the nature of the things involved. If you feel you’ve found a safe way forward I’m glad you have, but remember for every person you tell these things to, who doesn’t understand them, you take upon yourself the spiritual weight of what the outcome for them is. Think about that. |

Think about that. ..."I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all." Paul the Lord's Apostle (Ephesians 1:18-23) Jesus Christ has come in a real body. Jesus is Lord. |

Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. ~ James 4:7-8 Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love. ~ 1 Corinthians 16: 13-14 You may be weak and beggarly in your faith; we are to be strong in our faith, in the Lord Jesus Christ (in Him). The enemy should be under your feet, his head will certainly be crushed soon. The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. ~ Romans 16:20 read the Book. I’m the ignorant one? Ok. You obviously know more about the subject than me. You read the book. Have at it. Edit: While we’re at it. Why don’t you post up your first hand experiences and length of time involved in such matters. I'm calling on the great physician. Who do you believe created man and all things? The Holy Spirit leads us into all truth. Do you believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God or not? The Church is built on this revelation. Length of time? Some kinds cannot be driven out by anything but prayer. Sometimes in faith and obedience just the mention of His name they flee. I can't put trust in an 'esoteric kabbala', my faith is in Jesus Christ. He set me free. ..."John answered, “Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he does not follow with us.” But Jesus said to him, “Do not stop him, for the one who is not against you is for you.” ~ (Luke 9:49-50 ESV) "Christ in you, the hope of glory" You do understand that the Kaballah is derived from the Bible? I do however apologize, I am nothing more than a mere Neophyte who each day steps foot on his journey anew. Please forgive my mistake in misunderstanding one who has achieved the spiritual loftiness such as you possess. My goal is to simply achieve a glimpse of Eden, much less the abode of Heaven, in this life. Mighty is he who can, with the wave of a hand, command spirits to depart at will. I’m am sure a special place awaits you in the life beyond. It isn't a "wave of the hand". It is the Authority of the Name of Jesus Christ. You are implying (asserting?) (based on your lived experience) that there IS a Name (or Authority) more powerful than the Name of Jesus Christ--are you saying that your "authority" in these matters comes from learning, or human intellect? In the power of an incantation, or of a ritual? That there are magical formulas which underpin and can control the interaction of the forces of Reality? I find that curious. Think about that. ..."I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. I’m glad you have found your savior. Your admonitions are well-intentioned, no one should take these matters slightly, but you are here preaching another gospel, and frankly I must reject it. It is my belief although you have experienced much in the occult realms and with actual spiritual entities, ultimately you do NOT understand their truest natures and that you have fallen under a masterful deception. I’m not preaching a gospel. I’m simply explaining how certain things work. You’re perfectly free to take any part that is useful and use it, or reject it all. I’m sorry you feel that I’m under a masterful deception. I would say however, that from where I sit, I do know more about spiritual intelligences than you realize. Have you ever witnessed one when it was in transition from one human to another? Did you know it’s not just Demons that can reside in a very few individuals on this planet at any given time? Do you know what it’s called or the stages of it? It’s not referred to as possession. I’ll give you that. Did you know there are individuals in the church who have experienced such a thing? I’ll leave you with this, all these things that’s been discussed, revolve around spiritual intelligences. Jesus of Nazareth was a man, who embodied what is globally accepted as the Christ Intelligence. Compare that with what I wrote above. |

Edit: While we’re at it. Why don’t you post up your first hand experiences and length of time involved in such matters. Inre: Have you/have you: I have not, and do not consider it my job to. I try to stay in my lane. I am not equipped to deal with supernatural intelligences far beyond my own--I take what I have been told on faith and on direct experience, try to diagnose and mitigate the suffering in those around me as God calls me to using the spiritual tools which are appropriate for my place in the food chain, and let the mystery lay--because (as you yourelf are well aware) curiosity killed the cat. |

I’m curious which religion you do follow? I’d like to learn more, it sounds interesting. I’ll guess some form of Judaism? The Hermetic Qaballah. It is not a religion. It’s more of a philosophy to put it in simplified terms. It does obviously have Judaeo religious underpinnings, however anyone from any faith, due to its ability to be universally applied, can practice it. Unfortunately, main stream culture has its own ideas about what it is and what it does, and that’s the accepted view. There’s money to be made and the fantastical sells so that’s what the public gets. The inside of the organizations involved are quite a bit different than what a large majority of the population thinks it is. Feel free to directly IM me if you have questions. Unlike most of the people who study along the same lines, I don’t mind speaking on the subject to a certain degree. |

I added to my original post above. Strict Jewish Kaballah is spelled with a K. Non religious is spelled with a Q and Christian is spelled with a C. Qaballah is a non religious philosophy that contains all religions to some degree. |

Think about that. ..."I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. Whom do you consider Jesus Christ to be? He’s Jewish, Jesus the Messiah is of no concern to him, unfortunately. It is not a sin to attempt understanding of other people’s religions with humility and respect. I know my Lord and God. I am still curious. |

It requires you to take 100% responsibility for your own life including your soul and spirit. Edit: I will add however to be more elaborate. Mystical Experience is part of it. It’s just not required for Salvation. Mystical Experience can be had by anyone. Plenty of people have it all the time in Church and either don’t know it or don’t know what to call it, or what’s more likely is that they don’t mention it because they don’t know how it will be received. Mystical experience is not a “secret knowledge” it’s an experience that those who have had it understand, but those who haven’t don’t. You can liken it to child birth. All woman know what childbirth is like, they don’t have to explain it to one another. Men see it, but will never know the psychological experience of it. |

Quoted: I was going to mention he needs to consult a Catholic diocese, even if not saved. Fr Chad Ripperger is the best exorcist in the country. You can watch his YouTube videos and they are very informative. I plan on ordering this book he wrote. There are many cases now in this country and some are real demonic possessions. Demons have a hierarchy and getting the higher level ones out needs intervention from an exorcist. Jesus said to his disciples they can cast out demons, but didn't say they can cast out ALL demons. Warch some of Fr Ripperger's YouTube videos to get an idea of what to do. Quoted: I was going to mention he needs to consult a Catholic diocese, even if not saved. Chad Ripperger for the first time through the Shawn Ryan Show, I understand the appeal. He sounds confident, learned, and authoritative. He talks about demons, end times, and spiritual combat in ways that feel urgent and real. But I would encourage you to look more closely before taking his message to heart. His claims about the Church Fathers don’t hold up to scrutiny. His views on women and marriage are harmful. His supposed philosophical and theological expertise does not hold up to scrutiny. And his advice on mental health is genuinely dangerous. Ripperger isn’t just wrong about obscure points of theology. Real people are being harmed by his teachings, his false claims of authority, and his manipulation of vulnerable believers searching for spiritual meaning. Since I began writing about Ripperger in 2024, dozens of people have reached out to me to tell me about the harm he has caused in their lives. Please, for the sake of your well-being — spiritual, emotional, and physical — approach what he says with extreme caution." |

Think about that. ..."I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. Seems obvious. |

Quoted: Not hidden mystical knowledge but your own work on your own self. No offense but we have the OP who is covered by the blood of christ jesus as witness to the power of christ. You are not covered by the blood of christ and see people like yourself and others having difficulty with what you know to be demons (or other similar nature). Maybe try Jesus? His disciples didnt get tortured for a lie. They could've given up instead but what they knew to be the truth and holding on to it was worth so much to them that many endured unbelievable anguish to hold onto that truth. They were running scared. Then the christ came back to them alive and well. Afterwards they showed no fear because they knew the truth. As a result of his miracles and demonstrations of God's power Christianity exploded in belief and popularity. Even Jewish and roman historians who didnt believe in his godliness acknowledged his miracles but dismissed them as sorcery. They didnt even question whether or not they had happened because the amount of testimony was so great it would've been pointless to do so. We have historical proof of the belief of christ jesus as god from the very beginnings of the faith. It wasn't invented by the council of nicea or any other story atheists think sounds good and so they spew it without looking at evidence. To the non believers: Every believer wants you in the lord's house. However, if the lord doesn't know you then you wont be brought in. Same with your house. Do you invite in people you dont know or those who reject you? Hell is life in a place without God. With those who reject him and hate him. If you want to see what those people are like just check out Twitter or your local protest spot. They'll freely admit they hate him. I certainly dont want to be their in their neighborhood in the afterlife. You have the ability to say no to him just like any son or daughter can cut their father out of their life once theyre an adult. I hope that every one of you will at least give jesus a chance. What do you have to lose? Compare that to what you have to gain. What is risked by not trying is so great and terrible that it's worth giving it a real try. If you simply don't believe then pray to god and ask for faith. May God bless all of you. -Brian |

Quoted: After I had accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior, I was walking from the bedroom of the apartment I lived in at the time to the kitchen to get a drink. As I'm walking through the living room, I hear a deep, raspy voice loudly calling out my name. Knowing that was Satan or one of his demons, I didn't stop, didn't turn my head, but just kept walking. Evil is real. There's a not widely accepted school of thought that the Anti Christ will come out of Islam. So far, the stuff I've read and seen on it makes me thinks its possible. I need to do more research. We immediately joined hands and prayed for the spirit to leave in the name of Jesus and it did. Quoted: If you’re asking that question after reading what I typed, you wont understand what I consider Jesus to be. It’s plainly typed out in that post. He was a man that embodied an intelligence. The Scriptures are clear on what believers have in Christ. He is right to say He has seen the demonic flee at the name of Jesus. He isn't alone in his observations. Faith pleases God. We walk by faith, not by sight. Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. ~ 1 Peter 5:8-9 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Whom do you consider Jesus Christ to be? I consider Him to be the only begotten Son of God and the Savior of the world.........I cannot see any others possessing the same attributes as Him. Don't take it as an insult or an attack as I am attempting to understand what you are a part of |

Good on you OP! I’m a new(ish) follower of Christ and I fully believe we fight a battle against the demonic on this Earth. When I was dabbling in Christianity, I often sensed a presence in my house at night that I couldn’t explain, but that caused fear. When I committed to Christ, I cast it out myself and it hasn’t returned. |

For others in this thread, I just opened up to 2 John 1 and read the very short chapter. 2 John 1:6-9 (ESV) states: “And this is love, that we walk according to his commandments; this is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, so that you should walk in it. For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. Such a one is the deceiver and the antichrist. Watch yourselves, so that you may not lose what we have worked for, but may win a full reward. Everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching has both the Father and the Son.” ?? |

Please, for the sake of your well-being — spiritual, emotional, and physical — approach what he says with extreme caution." Quoted: Quoted: I was going to mention he needs to consult a Catholic diocese, even if not saved. Warch some of Fr Ripperger's YouTube videos to get an idea of what to do. https://wherepeteris.com/fr-chad-rippergers-dangerous-message-is-about-to-reach-millions/ "If you’re hearing about Fr. He's getting bent out of shape about (relatively speaking) theological minutia--in a world that doesn't even believe that God or the demonic exists. |

Quoted: There's nothing a priest can do that any believer with a knowledge of the Bible can't. While you don't have to be Catholic you do need to know what you are doing. Don't just run in with your bible and start praying, you are likely to get f---ed by the evil. |
