To them anyone who isn't to the left politically of Chairman Mao is a fascist.  And they don't understand that the only real difference between fascism and socialist/Marxist/communist regimes are the order in which the people are deprived of all rights and the rhetoric that is used to justify each oppression.  Actually, for that matter, for most people fascist governments aren't as bad as far as day to day life.  That's not to say good...  but a least until the inevitable war starts, there tend to be less food, fuel, etc. shortages than under Soviet/Chinese modeled systems.

How so many people can be working to make everyone live like it was in the Soviet Union or its puppet states before the fall of the iron curtain or like it still is in China, North Korea or even Cuba often boggles my mind.  Useful idiots.  Too many libtard Democrats believe what they are working for is to try to turn the US into Canada or Sweden or Denmark or something.  But that's not the end game for the Maoist/Stalinist.  They want to turn those countries into Societ/CCP hell too.  And many of the things that the libtards love about places like Sweden are only possible because Sweden is a homogenous society with little or no racial or economic diversity.  All the libtards crying about diversity here...  Just don't get it.  Sweden is over 80% Swedish, and 90+% "white".  And it has very few poor or uneducated people.  The kind of nanny society they have would simply fall apart if they had the demographics of the US.  Or even Canada, which is also far less diverse than the US.

So needing a 2A...  its part of the US being a "melting pot".  It's part of it still being as free as it is, even with all the oppression libtards have managed to get in.  And in some states like CA and much of the northeast it is pretty bad, but if the population of the US was as disarmed as the libtards want it would completely fall apart quickly.

Most of the left really isn't even trying to hide it anymore.  Joe McCarthy was right all along.  Democrats are "communists".  Always were.  Always will be.  The mask is off.  I've seen people who a few years ago used to be considered mainstream Democrats openly endorsing sending anyone they deem as "conservative" to "re-education camps".  To forcibly "redistributing wealth".  Banning guns is just the start.  They want to ban free speech even more so than existing "hate speech" already does.  They want to ban "climate deniers".  Banning private ownership of vehicles so everyone is dependent on and tracked using public transit.  Silencing anyone who doesn't believe in  the most aggressive forms of "DEI".  Banning speech of anyone who doesn't agree with normalizing pedophilia in the name of LGBTQ-whatever rights (despite that even many gays find pedophilia abhorrent and believe that drag shows which include sexual content are for adults only).  And too many other non-Politically Correct things to mention.  They dox, intimidate, harass, unperson and "cancel" people whenever they can already.  Get people fired for their beliefs, support shutdowns and oppression of Jews and other religious groups in the name of the pandemic, etc.
