I have visited the Ayinger brewery (Aying, Bavaria) and stayed in their hotel on the property. Hotel is VERY nice, so much so that Porsche executives were using it for a company off-site when we were there.
Food in the gasthaus was excellent, and they had a self serve bar in the hotel library for guests. It was totally on the honor system. |

a bit sweet, for a really great ale, if you are in NM, try a La Cumbre 'to the nines) delicious, top for the moment, no particular order Old Speckled Hen Legend's Brown Ale Bell's Two Hearted Dogfish Head 60 minute/ 90 minute/ mixed together 75 min Well's Bombardier Delirium (Noel, Tremens, or Nocturnum) and of course , the standby's of Fat Tire Guinness |
