DUDE What if, they made an amusement park, and made it look abandoned to raise the cool factor and make it more popular! I doubt anyone would ever try it. I think it would be cool, too, but the set of customers who want to see the abandoned amusement park from Scooby-Doo is a niche. People want it clean and new for their families. They might get a chuckle out of the graffiti once, but they'd be repeat customers at the competition. "Abandoned Land" at a big park would work. NorCal, I would be better equipped to talk about Frontier Village or Santa's Village in Scot's Valley. Or even the concrete dino park on Highway 1 going into Santa Cruz. Love the guys light paintings photography, particularly of the high desert and abandoned .mil sites. |

I don’t know if you’ve ever been to Big Bear but the Santa’s Village there is abandoned as well. We were up there for a family vacation and it looked pretty rough when we drove by. Dorner should have hid there. LOL! |
