I'd love to see the internal comms on the ATF deciding that something so incredibly super safe is a MG.

The definition of a machine gun is whatever the ATF says it is. Act accordingly.

And now it makes perfect sense why Hoffman just put the knowledge out there in public and didn’t want to touch production of the safeties.

Quoted: Cargill had better push their poo in this June. Kharn View Quote Unfortunately it seems that the ATF has determined that the Cargill case meets the federal definition of a machinegun. That being the situation - and the case having been created after May of 1986 without having a manufacturing FFL and paid SOT - it is to be forfeit to the ATF no later than the end of business April 1 2024. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. |

Well guess it's a good thing I hadn't gotten mine yet. My wife would not appreciate the ATF knocking on the door.

Not that I think they are machine guns, but Ray Charles could have seen this coming from the FATF.

The one benefit of them fucking up order delivery is those people who ordered but never received ??

|
Honestly if everything is a mg it's much cheaper and easier to drill a hole in Minecraft

This is a lot easier for the bitch boy atf agents than going after actual criminals committing actual crimes with actual machine guns.
I should just go buy some Glock switches so I can have fun in peace. |

My assumption is it’ll end up the same way the FRT is; ATF follows up on orders and asks for them to give them up. Would be wild if the ATF just went crazy on arresting people given the SS mechanism of action being equal to that of an FRT

This rogue government and AFT DO NOT care about "crimes" or "criminals". Good, law abiding, God fearing, people with guns are the threat to their masters, not street thugs. |

I figured someone would get hit for those eventually. ATF makes their own laws and changes them whenever they want.

Quoted: He's been shown firing them, though, and obviously had to make some himself to test. Does he have a SOT? View Quote Do you need an SOT to make push button safetys? The SS does not meet the legal definition of a machinegun (trigger resets and must be pulled for each shot). But that's not stopping people from saying it is ...just like the bumpstock. |

I read on another forum there was speculation that twinbros is no longer running their own media based on the weird mention that the pepper jack (an MG conversion device) wasn't a problem.

I suppose it’s not surprising, but that doesn’t make it any less frustrating.
The ATF is out of control, and it doesn’t appear we are going to get any relief from the courts. Of course let’s be honest the entire federal bureaucracy is out of control. |
