I just flew out of midway this morning. only saw one police person in the terminal. she was armed with an old .357 mag revolver. I thought it looked odd for a "modern" police force to field revolvers. the was a TSA K9 unit sniffin asses of everyone in line. That was odd. TSA guy was armed with nothing. What's he going to do if the dog alerts? dog was a black lab.
