Apparently this was from an interview he gave on September 4th. It sounds like he knew this was coming, I doubt investigators tipped their hand to what they had so I bet she probably tried to blackmail him first.

What were they doing following him to get the photographs to start with? "The Police have video of the meeting.." And if they set him up to have sex with a 16 year old, aren't they as guilty as he is of child endangerment?
