Summary of the report:
The black student started it "as a sign of respect for Byrd."
Instructor knew about it, encouraged it, and directed the students to do it. Director of the program saw the photo and let it get sent out anyway. Four instructors knew of the behavior and did nothing about it. They're fired too. Byrd lied her ass off to the investigators. They called her on it. Sooooo much fail here. |
