xxx was moving #6 crane to his machine to take a roll out. He stopped to ask xxx if he was ready for the roll he was taking out. Upon doing so he let off the south switch but did not watch the crane and it drifted into #5 crane. The electrician was notified he found that #5 hoist would not go up. |
