Spending the weekend at the FL Farm Tour running an introductory shooting range to get new shooters hooked into shooting.

My daughter and I attempted to go to the range. Got about 40 minutes into our trip before we turned around. I've been sick all week and my daughter told me halfway into the trip that her head hurt and she just wanted to go home.
We're home now, she's napping in her room and I'm loafing on the couch with a headache and stuffed up nose. I hate this time of the year. |

I shot in the NJ State Outdoor Pistol Championship and tomorrow I'm going a shotgun shoot where you shoot different stuff like 5 stand, running rabbits, wobble trap, ect....

My treat. @miami_jbt Aces would open my ammo packs to make sure that they were sealed from the factory. They needed to see that the cardboard tab was still glued and not opened. They also ran a magnet on top of the ammo packs to make sure it wasn't steel core. All I shot back then was Remington, Winchester, and Speer. I understand their range, their rules, but man they were really picky about everything. They also made me show copies of my Form1 and Form4 before I could shoot my NFA items. |

Took a junior hunter (14yo)out to the goose pit for a bit this morning but got washed out.
He's stoked to hit it again tomorrow. Taking him, his dad and cousin out to a blind on the river for Wood Ducks and at 09:00 push some hedgerows for the pheasant opening. |
