I love me some goofy, campy power metal

I like that. Got any more recommendations?

Powerglove.  I saw them play a year or so ago, great show. They cover video game and Saturday morning cartoon theme music in power metal style.

The first because it's an incredible song and the second because his kid reminds me of mine.

All of the Infectious Grooves albums over the last 2 days.

I'm working through the entire Deftones catalog again.

Tonight I'm diving into "Delta Blues, Volume 2" https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_m8Dz8uyEo4l3ViWdNwcqPRc7MlMIpymhU

GA-20 "Crackdown" (2022) excellent new stripped-down n' bluesy Boston trio. Check 'em out.
Root Boy Slim "Zoom" (old as heck, but remastered and found on iTunes) kinda Beefheart-ish, great band, funny lyrics.
The Who "Who's Next" - oldie but goodie, lost the CD years ago, finally got another with the bonus tracks. Essential.

It was something Steely Dan or Ben Folds Five... I think it was Ben Folds "unauthorized biography of Reinhold Messner"

That is a full-on 9.5/10 album for me. A touch long, as the back half drags a bit, but it’s fantastic.

It’s too bad the follow up was not good.

Just bought another five or so today.   Mostly old blues stuff with one modern metal.
