In need of a new wallet as mine is falling apart. What is considered tier 1 in terms of front pocket wallets these days?
Not interested in anything rigid. |
I've got one of these Recycled Firefighter wallets that's great. The one made out of hose jacked is a little stiff and bulky but the Cordura ones are nice and slim.
I got one from The Lost Dutchman for christmas this year. I forget what it was called but it is one of their smallest offerings and its been great.
Wiebad makes a nice one. They make them
out of or something similar to codura. I have a leather one my wife bought me for my birthday. No idea where it came from. Nice though. |
I use a Magpul bifold in conjunction with the everyday wallet. ID in the everyday “wallet” and cash and credit cards in the bifold.

I’ve been using this one for a few years. I like it.

Bought one of these and love it; based on recommendations from another thread like this.
Made in USA with leather from the USA if that matters to you. Buffalo Billfold |

The thing about these minimalist wallets is if you only carry a few cards and a 100 dollar bill, why even have a holder. Lmao ??
call me a boomer, but I tried out a cheapo phone case wallet, and am never going back to a separate wallet. all my cards stay with the phone, which I can track if lost, and i carry a minimal amount of cash in a simple money clip.

I've been rockin' the wide rubber bands that Staples sells for at least 10-12 years now.
I'll come back and edit this post with the actual number of the pack of rubber bands when I'm in my office later today if I think about it. |

Why do women's underwear always have that giant tag in them? Even the tiniest of stripper thongs seem to. And why do women never remove it? Seems like it would be annoying.

Idk I got a Coach wallet trifold as a gift and it's pretty nice I gotta say

I actually really like my rigid, had it since Christmas, got the key thing with it. Would buy with my own money.

I've been using a Trayvax Ascent for 3-4 years now with no complaints. I feel like the metal spine keeps my cards from warping so that's a plus.

Just a money clip for me. It's all I've carried for the last 15 years. Cash on the outside folded over a few cards and my CCW permit.
Been using a Trayvax original 2.0 for almost 2 years now, no complaints.

RAW elastic wallet from Amazon. Pocket on each side and a pass through in the center for cash. Easily hold 6-10 cards and up to 30+ bills if necessary.
I bought a few maybe 10 years ago for like $5 each. They last me about 5 years before they starting wearing through. I think they are $10-15 today. If you're handy with a sewing machine, you could probably make them for a few cents in materials. |

Dooney & Bourke
I'm on my second one in probably 15 years. They look good and hold up well. The only reason I have a new one is the first was given to me by my ex-wife. New wife didn't like that. Lol |
Bike inner tube. Last wallet I had was the Magpul Essential and I gave it up when they started making them in China…
I carry the Trayvax Ascent.

Ridge has sponsored my YT channel. They've sent me a pile of them. Been using them for a couple of months and pretty happy with it. I like the key fob the most.

Been using it everyday for 8 or 9 years. No issues. |

I guess some of the mouth breathers in here posting 10 dollar Amazon Chinese crap don't understand what Tier-1 means.
OP check this guy out on Etsy, Not a fucking rubberband |
Violent Little Machine Shop makes an awesome one. Had it for years.
I bought an original Trayvax when they first came out like 10 years ago. Well worth the $20 or so. Some of the stitching on the elastic is starting to come undone but it’s been solid for everyday, hard use for a decade.
They don’t make this version anymore but I would try the 2.0 if I needed another. |
