Probably another vote for A Christmas Story. It's a Christmas tradition for my dad. There were multiple Christmas seasons where I'd watch it multiple times.

I also likely nearly wore-out my dad's VHS of Empire of the Sun when I was a kid. I mainly watched the plane scenes, though.

Predator or BHD

I always stop and watch those when channel surfing.

I am the same way with The Accountant but since it is much newer, I haven't had as many viewings.

Probably Patton . . . I was manager of a theater, in college, when it played for four straight months in 1970.

Three showings a day for over 120 days . . . at one time I could quote every line in it.

Patton (1/5) Movie CLIP - Americans Love a Winner (1970) HD

Patton (1970): 27:32 - 30:21 (reincarnation scene)

Empire Strikes Back.

I worked at the theater it played at for 1 fucking year. Yea, back then movies stayed for a while.  I had every line memorized and use to do the script out loud on my way home from work to stay awake.

I really don't know.  Probably one of the original trilogy Star Wars.  Possibly Monty Python and the Holy Grail.  Casino Royale and The Dark Knight might also be in the running.

Whichever one it is, it's only a handful of times.  Less than 10 for sure.

A tie between A Few Good Men and Full Metal Jacket. I pretty much know them word for word.

Some other ones:

Platoon
Black Hawk Down
Ten Commandments
Forrest Gump
The Election (I despise most of the actors in that movie)
Pulp Fiction
True Romance
The Terminator
Fight Club

Finally saw Casino Royale last week.

I guess I got it because my Sony Bravia went bad last month and I picked up an LG OLED to replace it. That and a perfect disc player.

There's a fella' who calibrates OLED remotely and you must own that movie to get it done, so I figure it must be a good disc.

I actually picked up all four of the Daniel Craig movies in 4K. They are all Dolby Vision and they are just 100% unbelievably perfect.

I suspect those four discs are going to get a lot of play.
