Honestly, what do you think he could have accomplished? He was under attack by both parties since day one.

Well, maybe not so mu what he accomplished, but what he damaged. He's a pathological liar. He doesn't know his limitations. He lets his ego get in the way of good decisions. He created a monster with declaring everything "fake news" to the point where there's a significant segment of the population that doesn't believe anything that is objectively true. He is unprincipled. The only thing that he did "for" us was stuff that happened to align with his goals, not because he deeply believed in them.
In regards to being under attack by both parties: That's not true, especially not initially. The Democrats were obviously losing their shit, but the GOP didn't hold much sway after his surprise upset of Hillary. Look at his appointment to cabinet-level positions. Remember how much Arfcom was in orgasms over him appointing Mattis as SecDef? Then, when Mattis got fed up with him, the most die-hard Trump fans started railing on Mattis, one of the most respected generals ever. That happened every single time he appointed someone - first the die hard folks loved them, only to turn on them when they got fed up and quit. After so many, you have to ask yourself who burr under the saddle is. It's like that old saying "If you meet one asshole, you've met an asshole. If you meet assholes all day, maybe you're the asshole".
I'm happy with him not caving on quite a few other things, for appointing good SCOTUS judges, and for standing up to China.
