This type of training is becoming more of a thing now. I’m seeing more and more CQC / CQB weapons training, now with shoot or “kill” houses. I’ve done some small shoot houses with a pistol and frangible ammo and force on force with simunition.
If you could pick anything, what’s your CQB primary weapon of choice? Is the AR pistol/SBR still king here or would you go with something else? Most important factors to me would be reliability and low recoil for effective follow up shots. |

My 11.5" AR pistol and then my G19.
More than likely it would be my G19 since I will probably carrying it. The 11.5" AR will have big advantage in ballistics and capacity but the G19 would be quieter and easier to maneuver in tighter spaces. |

Suppressed mk18
Suppressed sp5k PDW Suppressed 11.5” AR My CZ75 P01 CCW w/507k Probably in that order based on optics and current setup |

120mm smoothbore
25mm Bushmaster SMAW WP mortar round w/ a few wraps of det cord I'm a big fan of limited penetration so anything that can reduce a structure, w/o me in it, is a big +. |

The one I have on me at the time. It's not like I can make an appointment for it and peruse the gun safe ahead of time.

Mk18 Suppressed if it was just me.
If in a stack, i enjoy a short shotgun for such work. |

Like any thing out there, or something we own?
Personal preference for enclosed spaces, given what i own: 300BLK AR SBR with suppressor and 110gr Barnes Supers. .45ACP AR SBR with suppressor and HST. 930SPX with 00B or 1B PS90 SBR (no suppressor...yet) |

View Quote At the house, though, would be a 8.5" suppressed .300 Blackout and a suppressed G17. Aside from getting my boy from his bedroom in the event of a home invasion/burglary, or the wheels completely coming off and there's no rule of law, I would avoid CQB/structure clearing at all costs, though. ETA: I REALLY wanted my suppressed Scorpion Micro to fill this role, but it's a big and heavy bitch for something that's only throwing 9mm. It's only 5" shorter than the .300 Blackout with that big ass Hybrid hanging off the end. |

Bris X95 (13” with thin buttpad).
Only 3” longer than a P90. Even with a can it’s well under 30” |

I don't know why but I SBR'd most of my rifles.
But either of the following, I wouldn't know which one to choose. MK18Mod0 (suppressed) SCAR16 10.3 barrel (suppressed) Bulgy AKS74U 8ish inch barrel Bulgy AK104 ALPHA clone 12ish inch barrel. |

Realistically it's gonna be what I'm carrying. H&K P30L 9mm, or H&K USPc 9mm.

300BO SBR with supers and a can/dot/light
or Tavor x95 that needs a can. . I've done a bunch of these kinds of exercises and the only reason I would use a pistol is cause I was forced into this game without the chance to pick. That's not how it would work in my house. |

View Quote Yup. Operator guy I train with says pistol should only be used to get back to primary (rifle caliber) weapon. |

Mk18 w can X95 Mini-Uzi Flamethrower (Has some limitations and requires prep time, but is old school cool) |

What about a Kriss Vector in 10 mm? The Kriss platform should reduce the 10 mm recoil and you’ll have something with a nice punch.

When did the ninja-to & shuriken fall out of favor?
The ninja-to can even be used as a step to look in a window… And manrikiagusari for when shit gets real—with LeMas Blended Metal handles & chains. |

Husqvarna 455, bungee cords, and a couple tarps.
The darkened entrance of a hallway. From inside of the darkness, what looks to be a tall figure stands, looming silently. A rolled tarp is thrown into the room, landing on the floor nearby and immediately afterwards, a deep and breathless voice emanates from the darkened figure, almost whispering but so excited…the voice exclaims “Thank God…I’ve waited so long for you”. Then you hear what sounds like a chainsaw start up. |

Are we supposed to assume that they have bypassed all the claymore mines on trip wires?
