It’s a frost spot on the concrete driveway caused by the exhaust of a vehicle during the extreme cold.

The exhaust is hot, the ground is extremely cold. The result is a spot like you see there where the condensation caused by differing temps freezes

It looks similar but AR500 doesn't create spider web cracks like that, or at least on my AR500 targets it doesn't.

I've seen them do that when they get hit with a lot of lead, the lead builds up a coating and that coating is what cracks, not the ar500 underneath unless it has a shit-ton of rounds on it... it really hard telling though bc there is nothing to reference for scale.
