About 10k hours in Fallout 4. Despite all its flaws it's still fun IMO, the closest anyone's ever made to a real life simulator videogame that's offline, especially with the settlement mods.

It's a tossup between Fallout 76 (~4k hours), or FOnline. The latter doesn't have an hour count, but I played it for six years pretty regularly.

Back in the day it was the game Soldier of Fortune 2 multiplayer (capture the flag) that I played the most. Now it seems it's Cod games. I miss SOF2

WoW. My shaman had over 200 days played and my dk had like 75. I would like to have that time back.

I'm playing Dark Souls 3 right now and I keep reading about what a terrible grind covenant items are going to be. I just laugh.

When I was younger I was a serious WoW nerd before I found out about drinking and women.I would play 8-10 hours a day after school and did that for quite a few years.

I play cs:go, and world of warships every friday night with some out of state friends for 2 hours or so.

Also Everquest. Started not long after ruins of Kunark came out in 2000. Pretty much played that one game until August of 2008. Can't remember how many days my /played time was but it was several hundreds of days. Yikes!
