YES...I know they are expensive.... but If I ever had the cash to blow on a wallet I would get one of these.

Maxpedition Janus is very nice. I don't fold my currency so it works well. Lasted 2 years without issues. I don't carry it on belt but in the pocket.

Another Maxpedition pouch that appears even more promising is this cell phone pouch. Again, if you don't like to fold currency, this is nice.  I always carry at least 100 FRNS in small denominations, like 50 ones mixed in with some fives so I always have change versus giving someone a $20 and then waiting for change.

Saddleback bi-fold, but I keep it in my front pocket.

When I win the Powerball, I'm keeping my cash in a money clip and I'm going to peel off hundreds for everything and never demand change. Get me a drink at the bar? Here's a hundred. Kept the ice cold? Here's a hundred. I'll be like DeNiro at the beginning of Goodfellas.

I had one of those too. Mine was made by violent little and while cool, it would destroy my ass. I carry too much stuff in my front pockets. Definitely not a back pocket wallet in my opinion

I used to have a bifold wallet with entirely too much junk in it.  I wear cargo or carpenter pants 98% of the time and I got used to keeping my wallet in the cargo pockets because sitting on my big wallet hurt.  I kept the tradition with this one, even though it's much smaller(it even fits in the side pocket on the carpenter pants.  I built this one small so I couldn't carry all the crap.

I ordered a Mitchells money clip wallet because of this thread, it was waiting for me when I got home today, fast shipping.

The quality is outstanding, and it is the first design I have seen to make me change from the smart money clip.

It is considerably bigger than the old clip, but not uncomfortable in my front pocket, I'll see what i think of it in a week.

Anyone know if the shark skin version is thinner?

I am in need of a new wallet and was wondering what GD uses.

My wallet currently. I've jammed so many cards into those slots, it's looking loose and raggedy.

I had the same issue with an Alpine Swiss front pocket wallet. Depending on how much cash I was carrying it would stretch out and then cards would fall out.

Then I switched to the Nite Ize Financial Tool. Gotta say, really like the reduced bulk and it stays tight.  The rubber band on it broke in short order, but I just use one of my wife's hair bands instead.  Works better anyways, the rubberband would stick too much sometimes. Love it.  I have found I actually use it as a tool and bottle opener more than I ever did keychains or multi tools.

Embarrassed to say I have not heard of Mitchell, even though they are local .  Guess I will be checking them out soon, could be good gift ideas.  Probably not switching though, really like the reduced bulk of the Nite Ize Financial Tool.

ETA: Apparently I have just been in the dark, Mitchell is well recognized around here and everyone I have talked to say they are the shit.

Really looking at a Mitchell Leather in Horween Dublin. Want to start carrying front pocket to see if it helps my back. I drive a good bit and think its not helping my back. Anymore reviews or pics of the Mitchell's money clip?

I want to try one of these so bad but I just can't get past the stupid billboard stamp they put on the front of it.

Does anyone know of a maker of something similar that doesn't have a goofy emblem highlighted on it?

When you order, you have a choice of with or without the logo. I went with.

Your excuse is invalid, let us know how you like it.

Saddleback front pocket id wallet in dark coffee brown.  It's about 4 or 5 years old now, and is living up to expectations.

This was before the consecutive price hikes.

Just bought this off a recommendation from the recent front pocket wallet thread:

DistilUnion Wally Micro

Very satisfied with it.  I use it to hold 6 cards/ID, don't usually carry cash.  Great design.

Spec-Ops T.H.E. Wallet Jr. "Sharkbite" closer works great so I can still open and close it it one-handed if need be, it holds everything I need, and I've put it through the ringer going all over the place for over ten years now and it hardly looks like it's even been used.
