On a serious note, Stanley Cup by far. Grueling Best of 7s...there's nothing like the hate between 2 teams after playing each other for 2 weeks straight

I’d argue outdoor motocross over supercross. Outside in the summer heat. More ruts, 30min +2 X2

Unless you're a blue blood program, the Mythical CFB natty is well nigh impossible. Things may change with the 12 team playoff.

Saw a bit of the US Open tennis final while at the gym. Novak looked like he was going to lose in the second set and maybe the tournament. Checked online later and he'd won in straight sets but he looked ragged physically while I was watching.
They're all tough to win, I'd put the Stanley Cup first overall.

Tennis golf major. These are individual sports, going against the absolute best in the world. To even get to a major in tennis and golf you have to have won a smaller tournament, be very highly ranked etc. You also will need to be playing your absolute best, maybe the best of your whole life. There's 4 majors so 4 winning tickets per year.

The rest are team sports where maybe you can get luckyish. Every NBA team has that 3rd string center that's way past their prime or just a big body to get knocked around in practice. Every NFL team has a punter and kicker. What is their 52 people on an NFL roster? Stanley Cup team might well have an enforcer goon. Baseball world series team typically has some has beens at the end of the bench. All these dudes get a ring exactly like the mvp even when they never see the field.

I would argue Stanley Cup is the easiest of the big sports because the favorite team or teams at the beginning are seldom who win in the end. Baseball also suffers from this to a lesser degree. Football and basketball it's much less chance of a dark horse.

Some truth to college being tough because it's a limited window. Also in college football and basketball there's a limited number of teams with a realistic chance of winning and those teams would be extremely hard to make. Yet even those teams probably have a walk on or two that won't see the court but still gets the champion ring.

Motocross, and motorsports in general there's a major flaw. The best doesn't always win. The best tend to get the best rides but not always. Also you're not beating the best competition, especially in the lower levels. There's plenty of people out there because dad has mega bucks and can buy the kid all the tier one equipment. Even in F1, with only 20 seats available, several of those seats are given to drivers that bring huge sponsorship dollars to the team.

Nah, no one has ever had a perfect Supercross season. McGrath came close. It's harder to put it all together indoors at all 17 rounds.

From the poll I voted Stanley Cup.

I voted tennis or golf major. You're all alone. No team to cover your ass on an off day. You either have it, or you don't.

I would say Golf/Tennis. As others have said, its an individual sport and a lot less forgiving than a team sport in that regard. Those dudes also don't get paid unless they are winning.

No team sport that plays a best of 7 for the title is "the hardest" to win. Not the NBA. Not the NHL. Not the MLB. None of them.

for fuck's sake. The owners can pay millions to assemble the talent, then that talent gets seven attempts to win four games. Psh!
