So many good ones.
There's a few that chime in that I always objectively listen to.

For me.....its been amazing how many times I am summoned for problem rat problems for some reason. Owning a Pest Control company, its nice to get the PM's.
I help out where I can.

Funny thing is.... I started this company as a goof. Nothing too serious. I was 48 and wanted to retire. Just something to do. Make make $30k. I never advertised and it just blew up.
So now I have a regional powerhouse to pass along to the kid. With a fleet of trucks and we are still hiring.
Weird. But fun.

Probably saved me a small fortune in HVAC repair by correctly diagnosing a bad board. Replaced it myself for whatever it cost on amazon, around $100 IIRC.
