I sae the fight between Tyson and Spinx. Tysons punches sounded like a rubber mallet hitting a side of beef. It was gruesome. The upper.cut he landed into spinx stomach quite literally made the guys eyes bug out of his head. I will never forgrt that

FPNI. Marciano was the GOAT. Retired undefeated, was only knocked down once in his career by Ezzard Charles IIRC. Pure brawler with fists of iron and a steel jaw.

Young Tyson may have been the hardest hitting man to ever walk the planet, certainly the greatest uppercut I've ever witnessed. I truly believe that pre-King era he was the best ever, he could move great, excellent accuracy, his jaw was never really tested though.

No one who’s ever walked the earth could go toe to toe with Tyson early in his career, talking like 1985-1990. Knocked out Michael Spinks in 90 seconds, Carl Williams in less than a minute, Marvis Frazier in 20 seconds, and was the only person to ever knock out Larry Holmes. Not sure we’ll ever see another fighter as dominant as he was in that 5 year period.
