Just read Hillbilly Elegy by JD Vance. His point about white trash Appalachia as someone raised within it: Policy has some effect, but by and large the problems are cultural, and government can't fix the cultural problems.

African tribal culture needs to change to make Africa economically advanced. As some have pointed out, the rise of Christianity in sub-Saharan Africa may eventually bring the necessary cultural change, but it depends on what type of Christianity.

The brits got a lot right.  Rhodesia was largely administered by a black managerial middle class, and the parts with brit populations are still some of the better places.  India and Ireland are better places for having been anglicized.  Pakistan was a better place when all their governing class went to christian prep schools.  Hong Kong's tradition pf law is english.  Iranians still regard english and american contacts as a cultural lifeline.

Turning the world into an english speaking place with functioning courts and a common understanding of humanity is a better bet than leaving people to their own nonsense.  Ann Coulter was essentially right.

Essentially the result of Protestantism, which brought a culture of literacy (laity encouraged to own and read the Bible), rule of law (even the clergy are subject to the law of God), and positive view of common work (doctrine of vocation). There's a reason even today the formerly Catholic parts of Europe (south) lag the formerly Protestant parts (north) economically, even though neither is Christian any more.

Trump had a chance. He could have granted refuge status at least to white Zimbabwean farmers. That would have significantly shifted the immigration Overton window.  But all he cared about was Tweeting and rallies.

China also has a history of dynasties, and has contributed to all of the world with various inventions, philosophy, and countless other things we still use tot his day.

What has all of Africa done in the last 3000 years ?

They haven't evolved beyond tribalism and mud huts.

It's Africa.

Much of it is still super tribal.

It's like the old saying goes you can take the boy out of the city but you can't take the city out of the boy.

But in this case replace city with tribe.

It's a society and cultural issue as well as education.

good successful example for a nation there is Botswana ironically

Is the post genocide troubles of the 1990s it has just been up-and-up for that nation.

You are right but sadly it is too late for this nation to correct itself in that regard

You can see it 1st hand in the automobile industryI easily

Look at how many mid market brands are left, Buick and audi are the last of the classical ones left while Kia is a new comer now.

This has been a snowballing problem since the Soviet Union collapsed.

Eventually the country is going to be a place where only everyone either owns a cheap Toyota or a Mercedes Benz while only a small group will have one of the last suburban 3 bedroom 2 bath houses left with a Telluride out front

Here's what the Chinese are doing.

They don't care who they make the deal with.

Mr. Warlord, we will build you a freeway that will take you from your mud hut to where your precious metals/gems are located and connect it with the nearest main intercontinental highway and to the nearest sea port.
We will build you a palace to live in, power generation facilities, an airport, we sell you third tier military equipment we make at a substantial discount and we will provide training for your subjects so they can work in the mines.

All you need to do is provide us with an area that is away from the local population where we can build a walled city with it's own powerplant that's near a sea port and/or the airport.

You will owe us nothing for the first 5 years, after that, once the mines are running, you will provide us with 70% of your countries GNP.
Failure to do so will result in you losing your throne and us taking all of the facilities we built back under our control.

The Chinese are already doing it.

What do you think will happen if and when the local warlord can't make its monthly nut to the Chinese?
The words "Pay Me" come to mind.

Attacked by the neighboring warlord?
Fuck you, pay me.

No winter rains?
Fuck you, pay me.

A little insurrection amongst the locals?
Fuck you, pay me.

The natives were engaging in cannibalism and genocide all over the continent long before China took root. Some of their war criminals even lived in the US.

https://www.justice.gov/usao-edpa/pr/former-liberian-war-lord-known-jungle-jabbah-sentenced-30-years-prison-immigration

According to trial testimony, in one instance Jabbateh ordered the heart of a captive be cooked and fed to his fighters. In another, fighters under the defendant’s command murdered a villager, removed his heart and ordered the town chief’s wife to cook it. Jabbateh later had the town chief himself murdered and ordered his widow to cook her husband’s heart.

In December 1998, when making application for asylum, and later for permanent legal residency, the defendant was not truthful about his activities during Liberia’s first civil war while he was a member of the ULIMO and later ULIMO-K rebel groups that battled for control of Liberia.

At Jabbateh’s trial, during two weeks of testimony from some two dozen witnesses, including 17 Liberian victims, the jury heard evidence that Jabbateh, as a ULIMO commander, either personally committed or ordered ULIMO fighters under his command to commit the following offenses: the murder of civilian noncombatants; the sexual enslavement of women; the maiming of civilian noncombatants; the torturing of civilian noncombatants; the enslavement of civilian noncombatants; the conscription of child soldiers; the execution of prisoners of war; the desecration of corpses and ritual consumption of human flesh; and the killing of persons because of race, religion, nationality, ethnic origin or political opinion.

As I recall, ADVChina did a youtube video on how there are almost no songbirds left in China.  They are harvested (as a meat source) without any concern for conserving the population.  Kinda sheds new light on the North Korean propaganda claims (from a few years back) that we in the US melt snow to make coffee and we have no songbirds left because we ate all of them.

I have a number of clients who are small manufacturers in the US.  If you want someone who will show up everyday, you really need to start at $20 per hour, $40k per annum.  That's just the wage.  You'll have payroll and other assorted nonsense that adds another $20k to that cost.  If your manufacturing is any more modern than making whiskey barrels, you are going to have a book of MSDS sheets you need to keep current.  If more than a couple of people get hurt at work, even if they are the ones who caused the accident, your Worker's Comp insurance will become unaffordable.  If that person you started at $20 per hour has any initiative, he will leave for another line of work.

When COVID hit, older laborers were happy to come back to work after a couple of weeks even though they were collecting amazing unemployment benefits.  People under 30 were much harder to get back to work.

We have decided socially and politically that we don't want manufacturing and we show it in our laws.  That's bad news if you've an IQ of 85 and would like to work.

We also have odd ideas of a respectable living.  That kid making $20 an hour can have a small house and a car and so much food that he could afford to eat himself into an early grave.  But his wife has to have a car even if she doesn't work.  They need a TV as big as their front door.  They both need an iPhone and a plan.  And a pool.  The lad makes a respectable living, but we tell him he's a failure because he isn't buried in junk.

The Bic lighter - one of the cheapest and most reliable consumer products on earth - is made in USA/France.

Undershirts are $12 for made in USA. And thats with the US's much diminished supply of textile mills. An increase in production would lower prices a good deal, as would future improvements in factory automation.

Maybe....and i know this is a crazy idea....but just perhaps we should be setting up the means of production here, within the confines of our own borders. The main reason our supply chain is failing right now is because we are fully dependent on shipments of crucial supplies from across oceans. We need a government that stops creating barriers to commerce. Ill take a policy of isolationism over one of globalism every time.

Enjoy $30 undershirts.

Low IQ. Africans have no Neanderthal DNA.

Attachment Attached File

There is a reason why no matter how good willed you are in trying to transform Africa. It always turns to shit.

Low IQ people cannot see the value in building a society. It’s too localized.

When you try to rise up, others will pull you down.

For Asians, Whites, you rise up, others will try to out do you thus bettering society.

Productive people are rewarded with more comfortable lives. Less productive people work for them.

This cannot be so in Africa. Any time somebody is successful/smart, there is jealously and that smart/successful person is ridiculed/beaten.

This is not from colonization, colonization utilized resources beneath Africans feet.

It’s the only reason why Africa is relevant today.

Like a person in the US, if you won a $10,000 scratcher.

A smart person will invest it and make it grow to $100,000.

A dumb person would buy a quad, trailer and snacks.

Also why you cannot run a company there.

A smart person sees a container manufacture facility. They make containers for shipping and making shipping cheaper.

Provides jobs, $$$ in local economy, younger generation wants to work there so they build intelligence to make that facility even more productive and competitive.

A low IQ person does not know how it all works, it’s literally magic to them.

So when there is a crisis, they know that they can scrap the facility to make $$$ and better their lives.

They don’t have the cognitive ability to preserve the facility as it benefits everybody.

That’s why they scrap farms, machinery etc...they don’t have the processing power to utilize it.
