Just out of curiosity, how do you define "invader"?
Is someone who is generations deep on the ground an invader? How many generations does it take to have a claim?
I'm all for giving the boot to anyone who can't prove to me their legal right to be here. I'd be perfectly happy personally deporting every Salvadoran, Honduran or Chinese Mexican who is in SoCal without his paper. Where do
you draw the line?
As for "buying" the southwest? Even Wikipedia knows that the treaty and "sale" were negotiated with US Marines standing in the Halls of Montezuma.
