Shame on me because I want to use them Why is there website so fucked up? Can't they mirror Midwayusa's and be at least someone reliable. Shows shit in stock, order said shit, get email confirmation said shit was ordered. check my account and says shit that was in stock is now BACKORDERED shit. Go back and see that said shit IS STILL AVAILABLE to order on website. Really? I'm an edge member, and I don't know why. (sounds like a catchy tune) It really is true that the one you love you hurt the most. Yeah I know, have Pete call me. Fucking hell. |

I've never actually ordered from Brownell's because the site is just a pain to navigate and find what you're looking for. I can find what I want at Midway or Grafs so much easier.

They do have one of the worst websites in the industry. I actually purchase less from them because it is not worth navigating their site to pay the same or more as their competition.

I don’t really have that problem, I guess it’s partly because I usually look things up in the catalog first then just key in the item number. It pops up, shows the discount price and I add to cart. If it shows backorder, I usually get it in a week or two.

You have to pay a membership fee to get their unfucked website. It's almost like they go out their way to make your experience as miserable as possible unless to pay up.

I like Brownells and haven't had a website issue, but I have been incapable of unsubscribing from their fucking onslaught of emails.
Two daily emails? Seriously? I tried to change it to once a month several times. |

Their website is a picture of efficiency and beauty compared to their shipping.
I’ve actually had much greater success simply hoping an item randomly shows up at my house vs. ordering from Brownells. Their entire shipping department must be staffed by flat-faced waterheads. |

Even though I purchased a reloadable debit card so Larry's can't give my number to some cunts, I buy more stuff from Larry's. I have been using a tablet. Their site doesn't work as good with it as it does a laptop. They don't seem to have shit in stock anymore. |
