Well, after thinking about and researching about it for past 5 years wife finally got a set of bolt-on boobs...and tummy tuck.
She had an amazing body until she got pregnant and subsequent 15 months of breast feeding took a heavy toll on her body. Her perky small 34C became sagging medium 36B and her flat abdomen developed excessive stretch marks/excessive skin and got pudgy. She works out at the gym from 5:00AM to 6:45AM (weights and cardio) 6 days a week and eats healthy so she has very athletic body but she just couldn't improve the breast and abdomen. She has been researching for about 5 years and talked to couple doctors and finally decided to proceed 12 weeks ago. I was totally against the procedure from the beginning (general anesthetic is not to be taken lightly) but I told her she has to make the final choice as it's her body.

She's still swollen and wrapped up in gauze and has on a special bra/braziers so it looks larger than they really are. When my MIL saw them first time she said they look huge like porn boobs. In reality her size only increased from 36B to full size 36C and did a raise so they don't sag. To her credit she did a lot of research and talked to many of her friends who had it done and met with several doctors before making her decision. The doctor who she chose was highly recommended by her friends and several other surgeons in the field...and reflected in the cost.

It's interesting how vain women are as breast enhancement among women is as common as cavities. I mean you don't see any men running to doctors to get their dick enlarged.

At any rate, congrats to your wife OP. I hope she likes them and I hope your marriage endures. My wife has talked about it before, but it gets more unlikely with every passing year (she's almost 56). She ranges from a C-D (depending on weight), so I can live just fine with that. But I've always told her that if she's going to get it done, go big or go home. I want some nice DDs to play with if she's going to take the risk of surgery. Not going to happen though, and that's perfectly okay with me. I like her just how she is... and she doesn't spend any real time fretting over it. She mostly would just like a lift to help with the effects of gravity.
