Quoted: Russia is legit offering pay bonuses for each destroyed tank, APC, artillery piece and other equipment including planes that they destroy. I think that is pretty neat and an incentive to those fighting. Oh and down with Zelenksy, Azov Battalion, Right Sector, Svoboda and power to the Ukrainian people (those that haven't already fled the failed state). View Quote Russia hasn't been paying its conscripts their base pay, let alone bonuses. You're out of your mind if you think that money goes to anyone but Colonel Cleptovich. |

Nothing past the International Waters from our land is worth the effort.

My people don’t hate Russia, we hate Russia’s mini-me. No Russian ever called me a domestic extremist either.

I wouldn't participate in any war for material wealth, not even if that material wealth is belt fed. If I were morally compelled to fight in a war then the only pay I would need would be enough for my basic upkeep during the war. If I'm not morally compelled then I have no desire to participate at any price.
See, wars have several things in them that actively try to avoid. Chief among these is killing and dying. Slightly behind these are getting horribly maimed, and being taken captive and being tortured. And while a little hardship is not something I can't handle, living in a warzone is not the same as living in a resort. I like actual beds and regular showers. I couldn't fight for Putin's forces because I'm not going to help some brutal dictator conquer an empire and murder innocent people. And Ukraine... Yea, while they are definitely not the aggressors here and in the right, defending Ukraine is sort of like defending some street criminal from a tougher street criminal. Ukraine might be the victim, but they aren't really the good guys either. I don't want to go kill some Russian kid who just happened to get conscripted, or even one who volunteered out of a misguided sense of patriotism. And there's no way I would go killing Ukranians for defending their country. And I also don't want to get killed, maimed, or otherwise suffer in some war. Oh, if it were my war I would be willing to take the risk but it ain't my war. |

NOPE, not for them.
Commies are still commies no matter what border line they reside within. |

No. But if I did I have a skill. Been awhile though. Attached File

Quoted: According to GD aren't we all going to have to fight in Ukraine eventually? View Quote At the risk of belaboring all those WWII comparisons that ARFCOMers are so fond of, chronologically speaking in this war we're in September 1940. Back then at that point most Americans didn't want to get involved in Europe's war, to the point where FDR had to tread lightly with any support for Britain. The Lend-Lease Act wasn't passed until next spring, safely after the presidential election was over. So the longer this war drags on the probability of US troops getting deployed to Ukraine approaches 1.0. |

Quoted: OK here's the scenario :"war trophy" you can fight for either the Ukrainian or the Russian side. If you fight on the Ukrainian side bring home one fully automatic rifle. For every 30 days you serve if you fight for Russia you get 2 fully automatic rifles for every 30 days. you can trade two rifles for a crew served weapon. how many months would you serve and with whom? bonus if you do a 2 years you get your pick of Tank. View Quote Got enuf Cl 3 Bub. Only war I'm fighting is against the filthy dems. |

I would not volunteer to fight in any war that didn't directly involve my own country. Especially for money. But I can certainly pick a side and support it with money and material.
|

I'd have to speak Ukrainian for starters. Seems like the international volunteers got the most hopeless assignments at the start of the war. That also included worn out gear and rifles. Just good to know what the other guys are chuckling about.

Fight in Ukraine for full auto weapons?
Seriously dumb question. Now fight in Ukraine for the money we were getting in 06-07 Iraq? Maybe. But nowadays Ive got three kids and a wife so chances of my deployment gear being packed up is pretty slim.... |

-or we could have peace, cheap energy, and food on the table.
There is no good option in this war other than ending peacefully ASAP. When China helps Russia by attacking Taiwan, and Iran attacks isreal then the global chess board has essentially been flipped and we're all fucking miserable for a couple generations (except the politicians-they will still be rich, fat, and safe) |

Not sure if it's true or not, but I read the average life expectancy on the front line is 4 hours..........that's a hard no for me dawg.

fuck both sides.
some trinket wont entice me to risk my life for those slavic idiots. This is akin to russia vs germany in the 1940s. let them bleed each other dry. stop sending them billions FFS |

If I fought for Russia, could I plot the aspiration (spelling error on purpose) of the world leader who provoked the war?

The Ukes are slightly better than the russians
I’m not interested in their problems Unless multitudes of hot Slav pussy is available |

Having worked extensively with both Russians and Ukrainians, I’m on the Russian’s side.
But if I’m gonna be forced to take rounds, it will be in DC, not a foreign Country. I’m not going to sacrifice my life for some illegitimate shitbag warmonger president because he wants to line his pockets. The real enemy of my modern way of life isn’t Putin. If these dipshits kick something off there will be an entirely new meaning of world war. |

Nope. Already have an AK and other assorted com block weapons.
