Glock 19 LMT MRP with 5.56/300 Blackout/6.5 Grendel/22 lr conversions Edit: Have 12.5 and 16 5.56, 16" 22lr spikes and factory 10.5" 300 Blackout. Working on getting a Grendel barrel soon. The 300 with SDN-6 on it shooting 200 grn subs is every bit as quiet as my MP5 with QD3K shooting 147 subs. With a better ballistic coefficient. View Quote |

A massive gun ban gets passed, and its wording is bizarre, as a result almost all guns in private hands are banned, however, due to loopholes, every citizen gets to have 2 guns, ANY 2 guns of their choosing, and they are provided free of charge from the gov, " militia loophole"... these guns are exempt from all federal, and all local laws.. for example, you can travel with them to any state, or city, and can deer hunt with a belt fed... what 2 guns would you choose, to cover all situations? guess my base gun would be a glock... ccw, self defense etc. https://www.AR15.Com/media/mediaFiles/92687/Glock_18-332201.JPG second gun... would be one of these. https://www.AR15.Com/media/mediaFiles/92687/d09850bcf22a64411dda09461edf8d93--size-model-box-332203.JPG View Quote Are you really rich enough to be able to buy an H&K belt fed machinegun?? Or is this fantasy land dreaming? That has to cost about $35,000-$40,000. If I was as rich as you, I sure as Frack wouldn't be chintzy and buy a cheap, crap pistol like a Grock. In any event, if I lived somewhere that I could only have two guns, I'd move someplace else where I could have more than two. But, say I'm a dumba$$ and stayed in two-gun land. I'd want to keep the Desert Tech MDR .308 rifle that I have pre-ordered and my NHC 10mm pistol. |

Too hard to conceal, too difficult to aim and fire accurately before the bad guy shot you, and way too slow to reload. https://images.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse2.mm.bing.net%2Fth%3Fid%3DOIP.huEM3RUtRUbSmOaYvMU75AEnDT%26pid%3D15.1&f=1 Way too much maintenance required to fire one shot. Way too expensive to buy each shell. How are you going to afford to pay all those people necessary to load and fire it for you? For each and every shot? Make a great conversation piece that never gets shot and does nothing but collect rust. https://images.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse1.mm.bing.net%2Fth%3Fid%3DOIP._UUQ6pO2NjgdBsbFu3lnlAFNC7%26pid%3D15.1&f=1 View Quote |

AR15 with several different upper receivers and a Glock 17 Gen 5.

This isn't even hard.
G19 + 5.56 AR15. On a more autistic day I might pick 6.5G instead but that'd be my only variation. ETA: Also maybe throw a switch on my G19 if that's a thing. |

You picked some gay guns. The word glock is German translates to "gay" https://www.AR15.Com/media/mediaFiles/92687/729be0b6818dc2833cfd825173282fc8-332208.JPG in my defense, I'm all loaded up on allergy meds, reg meds, and pain meds as my back is killing me today.. I might be a bit loopy. A.W.D. |

Is an annual ammuntion allowance provided?
ETA: If the definition didn't change for the AR i.e. the lower is the gun. I would do multiple uppers or QD barrels in different calibers as long as the gun setup was reliable. Windham Multi Cal System 9mm,5.56mm,.300BO, 7.62x39 Ruger SR556TD .300BO/5.56mm They could offer a 7.62x39 barrel, bolt and magazine kit if they were so inclined. Looks the same as the Windham Pistol would be plastic something I only have experience with Glock so it would be either a Glock 19 Gen 4 or if the new M&P 2.0C proves to be just as reliable maybe that. |

Glock G22 for close range bad guy targets and back-up gun.
AR-15 with 20" barrel for medium range bad guy targets. |
|
Are we allowed to cheat and have multiple AR uppers?
ETA: If so, one AR-15 lower and two uppers. One a 14.5" 5.56, the other a 50 Beowulf. The 5.56 will obviously be for self defense and militia duty, but also serves for recreational target practice, varmint hunting, small game with subsonic ammo, and medium game. The Beowulf upper is for large and/or dangerous game hunting. I'd have a pistol and it would be a Glock 17 Gen4. The AR lower would, obviously, be select fire and both uppers would be setup for suppressors to be used as needs dictated. |

Not a big Glock fan, but I'd have a G19 because it's proven, easy parts, etc. Then a 20" AR with spare parts. Exciting as hammers, but smart picks.
