I prefer medium to large and darker in color. But if they are small and sensitive then they are still good too.

ETA - only ones I've ever been disappointed in was a girl I dated that was half Japanese (mothers side). She had perfect sized chestwith small nipples that looked good in pics but in person they were like painted on.

Actually its a function of pigment. Darker skinned mothers need darker nipples for their infants to be on target. Its a natural selection thing.
