You should've seen the doors.  Came with tray tables on the backs that we ate our smoked ribs and cornbread off of.

After talking with a few of the Ft. Benning guys here, it looks like there are two types of BCT at Sand Hill. One is for BCT only with AIT at another post and one is for the OSUT guys.

I did OSUT so I wonder what the difference was for the BCT only men?

I did the BCT only. It was primarily for guys doing a split option. Maybe an ROTC thing? They do BCT one summer, then AIT another. Then then backfill any open slots with other MOS' AD guys for BCT. IRRC my cycle was primarily 11 types, a couple red legs, a rail road tech, a band guy, and me. My recruiter wanted me to go for 11C, and when I Pogued it up instead he begrudgingly said he would still get me a solid BCT. So off I went.

Best of luck. But I'm fairly sure the term is OSUT (One Station Unit Training) and the correct spelling is Infantry. Stay motivated, keep your mouth shut, do as your told, do your best, and you should have no problem. Some of it will be fun and some parts are going to suck. But just keep in mind that no matter how hard it might seem at times that millions of others have already done it and so can you. Keep GD advised of your status when you can.

Op tried, spelled Sexton Hall wrong. Close enough to get my vote. Thats where the little yellow triangles were after the bus ride and where you tried to sleep but all the pussies were too busy crying.
