I made a variation where I substituted curry powder for some of the mustard last year. The FIL loved them.

Mix yolks well, add sugar to taste, and Miracle Whip to texture Put the mixture into a zip lock baggie cut off a small part of the corner. Fill the whites, and enjoy.

Sorry I don't have measurements, I do it all by taste and texture. Not everyone likes the way I make mine. And I'm cool with that. I never have any leftovers. And yes they will make you bust ass like no other.
