Anyone heard of them? Gearhog has a coupon for $99 for an NFA trust.
Reviews anyone? |

Reminds me of legal zoom. No thanks Get one from me in OK. I carry malpractice insurance and will be doing them later next year. ^_^ What kind of deal can you give an arfcommer? The first few I do will be CHEAP. The partner at my firm isn't wanting to mess with any trusts right now, but I *think* I will be doing some in 2014. |

Can you start the trust without actually having any NFA items yet, and can you also include title1 weapons? |

I used http://mynfatrust.net/ and was happy with it. Haven't been through the ATF yet, though. |

I'm fairly positive title I weapons can be owned by the trust, although I'm not sure what the benefit would be other than a clear(er) intestate process. |

The benefit to me would be that when I die, my firearms won't go into probate, they will go directly to my heirs, same as the NFA items. |
